Dorothy Jean Eaton Brand, age 81, of Huntsville, passed away on Sunday October 28, 2012.

Mrs. Brand was an avid reader of anything to do with history and love to watch old movies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Eaton; her brothers, William, Jackie, and Joseph Cruse; and her sisters, Myra Kent, Lillian Champion, and Mildred Bonnelli.

Mrs. Brand is survived by her children, Percy Eaton and wife Mazie, of Athens, her daughter, Debbie Lewis and husband Robert, of Huntsville, and Bobby Eaton and wife Donna of Arkansas; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday October 31st at 2 pm at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with burial to follow in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 30th from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
