Betty  Bailey, 85, of Madison , AL passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at a local hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Jack Bailey; her parents, E.L. and Laura Gooch; her grandson, Jim Cooper; and her brothers, Earl, Uriel Ray, and William E. Gooch.

Survivors include her sons, David Bailey (Marsha) of Theodore, AL, and Stuart Bailey of Madison; her daughters, Teri James (Ricky) and Donna Cooper both of Madison; three grandchildren, Jarrod, Jaclyn(Bill) and Nicole(Wes); and seven great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville where the family will receive friends Wednesday 1 to 2pm.  A graveside service will be held Wednesday 2:30pm at Maple Hill Cemetery.
