Mr. Carl Lendon Craig, age 81 of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday at Home. A native of Madison County he was born to Herbert and Ruthie Stapler Craig.  He was a member of the Holiness Church for 67 years.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Anna Maria Craig, sister Myrtie Wooten, and two brothers Howard Keel and O'Neal Keel.

Lendon is survived by his loving wife, of 64 years, Opal Henshaw Craig; son, Jerry Craig and wife Tanya; two daughters Carla Craig and Judy "Tina" McCormick, and husband Chris; two sisters Ruth Nickelson and Jodie Bryant; four grandchildren, Zach Craig and wife Whitney, Joshua Craig, Jessie Craig, and Alex Craig; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Riverton Holiness Church.  Mr. Craig will lie-in-state Sunday from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Riverton Holiness Church.  A service will follow at 1:00pm with Bro. William Cantrell and Bro. Matt Long officiating.  Interment will follow at Green Valley Cemetery in Owens Cross Roads.
