Charles Ray Higgins, age 49 of Athens, Alabama passed away November 3, 2017. He was born on November 10, 1967 in Memphis, Tennessee to Charles and Joy (Mooney) Higgins, Sr.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. Family will receive friends at the Lindsay Lane Baptist Church Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm with a memorial service to follow.
