Damian Blake Ricketts, age 21, of Hazel Green, passed away Thursday August 31, 2017. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama on June 7, 1996 to parents Damian Chester Ricketts and Christy Marie Sorrow Ricketts.

He is survived by his parents Damian Chester Ricketts and Christy Marie Sorrow Ricketts; sister Brittan Savannah Ricketts; grandmothers Missy Gibbs and Michelle Ricketts; aunts Linda Driscoll, Mary Maxwell, Carrie Bowman, Thelma Bell, and Julie Barr; and uncles Cliff Barr, Bruce Ricketts, Mack Barry, Dink Barry, and Don Driscoll.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 until 5:00 pm. Funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm in Spry Funeral Home's Chapel with Pastor Jerry "Mack" Barry officiating.
