Mrs. Dorothy Lee Kramer 84, of Owens Cross Roads, AL. passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Dorothy "Dottie" Lee Kramer, 84, of Huntsville Alabama and formerly of Bowie Maryland died peacefully on February 14, 2017. Born June 7, 1932 in Cincinnati Ohio. She is predeceased by her parents Norman and Roxie May; her beloved husband of 49 years, George P Kramer,Jr.; Son-in law Ronnie Solomon; sister Katherine Lockwood and great grandson Clark  Amadeus Goins. Dottie loved to travel, go to casinos, play trivia and games of all kinds. She loved reading, knitting and baking. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her children Deborah Solomon, Julie Helton and Kimberly (Chris) Goins of Huntsville Alabama; Karen Brennan of Arnold Maryland and Mark Kramer of Edgewater Maryland; nine grandchildren; Jessica, Kyle, Travis, Blake, Randy, Joey, Kelly, Dalton and Mason. and five great-grandchildren, sisters Lillian (George) Schrieber of Florida and Norma Jean ( Tom) Niinemets of  Ohio.

Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Funeral Services will take place in Edgewater, Maryland at Kalas Funeral Home with burial in Crownsville National Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Doctors Without Borders or  Lakota Indian School Charity..
