Dottie A. (Mullins) Jett

Mrs. Dottie A. Jett of Huntsville, AL wife of Preston L. Jett; daughter of Lonnie and Maudie Mullins; daughter-in-law to Phyllis Varney; mother of Perry (Frankie) Isbell, Dolores Kerley, Tim Isbell (deceased), Emily Howell, and Julia (Chris) Jett-Ganoe; sister to Linda Goode and Haden Mullins and preceded in death by siblings Ann McDow, Peggy Smith, Delphine Williams, Jerry Mullins, and Vickie Hunting, left this world as she arrived – loved. She died in the loving care of her friends at Big Spring on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Free of spirit, stubborn of will and big of heart, she meant the world to all who loved her. Dottie’s smile, laughter and joy in the little things we often take for granted will be missed. She passed away at 86 years after having lived a long full life, however she lives on through her 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild and in the hearts and memories of those that loved her. Her strength, love and kindness will be remembered. A Visitation Memorial for Mrs. Dottie Jett will be held at Spry Funeral Home on North Memorial Parkway, on Friday, March 31, 2017 from noon to four pm. Healthcare and business attire is appropriate and welcomed. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Agape of North Alabama, Inc.
