Mrs. Frances Adell (Gilbert) Blackwell, age 88, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday at home.  A native of London, KY, she has resided in Huntsville since 1959.  She retired from Krogers after 36 years and continued to work in health care until she was eighty.

Frances  is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Blackwell Harris and Ginger Blackwell Harris; son Robert Michael "Mike" Blackwell; two grandchildren, Carrie Wilson Hawkins and Dustin Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Kila Wilson and Sperry Adell Hawkins and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 until 12:30.  A graveside service will follow at Faith Memorial Park, 8100 Madison Blvd., Madison AL 35758 at 1:00pm, with Pastor Randy Evers officiating.
