W. Jean (Simpson) Pillow, age 83, of Athens, Alabama passed away Sunday at a local nursing home. A native of Kentucky, she has resided in the Madison County area for the past 13 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mark L. Pillow.

She is survived by three daughters, Debra Dotson, Diane Martin, and Denise Moley; son, Kenneth Pillow; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama and the family will have a private celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
