Ms. Maples from Gurley, AL died peacefully at home on Thursday.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Charles Raymond Maples, and Mildred Maples; grandson, Nathan Tyler Andrews; brother, Charles Glenn Maples. 

She was survived by daughter; Elizabeth Nance (Jason), Grandson; Hunter Andrews, sisters; Debbie Boyd (Duane), Peggy Cantrell (Bill), Brother Billy Maples, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.  3 great nieces and a great nephew.  Aunts and many cousins.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.  She was a strong and independent woman and was a faithful member of the East Huntsville Church of Christ.  She was loved and will be missed by all.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home, the family will receive friends on Saturday October 1st from 5-8pm for visitation.
