Ms. Lily Phipps 13, of Harvest passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

Lily Rain Phipps has been a blessing to everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting, she was such a pure soul. She came into this world with a purpose, to show us all that purity and unconditional love exists even in one soul. She symbolized strength and love, and she was a symbol of selfless humanity. Her laughter, spirit, and love will go on always thru everyone that was graced by her presence. Her memory will last forever in our minds and hearts. She will always be missed but never forgotten.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Patricia Phipps-Williams, grandfather Steven Rooker, brother Tony Phipps, and great grandfather Joseph Brasher.

She is survived by her mommy, best friend, and whole world Jessica Phipps, and her daddy John Phipps. sister Shawna Phipps, brother Adam Phipps, great grandmother Ruby Brasher, grandparents Sabrina and Rick Kelley, great aunts; Penny Crandal, Sharon Patsel, and Judy Perry, aunts; Christina and Desiree Brasher, Kathleen Bailey, Lori Kelley, Jessica Breece, Jamie Phipps, Minnie Phipps, Devanna Phipps, and Kandice Byrne, great uncle Larry Rooker, Uncles; Jason Byrne and Scott White, great cousins Eric and Matt Wohlgemuth, Colleen, Stephanie,  Carrie Patsel, Amanda, Stephanie, and Sarah Perry,Cousins; MacKenzie White, CeCe Lee, William Lee III, Elizabeth and Alyssa Bailey, Amber, Annabelle, Jeffery Breece, Nathaniel and Ariel Klix, Grayson and Abagail Byrne,Marcella and Dylan Darnette, Nicolas Lapa, Whitney Gonzalez, And 6 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 12:00 noon until 2:00pm. Services will follow the visitation in the Spry Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm. Burial will be afterwords in Madison City Cemetery.
