Robert Britton, 93, formerly of Huntland, TN, passed away peacefully Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017 at the Huntsville Hospital Hospice Center.

Preceded in death by his parents, John and Katie Britton; brother, Clayton Britton; sisters, Rachel Britton, Lou Ella Britton, and Alta Mae Sneed.

He is survived by brothers, Billy Britton, Marvin Britton, and Harvey Britton; sisters, Frances Howard and Christine Daly; ex-wife, Effine Britton; sons, Ronnie Britton, and Roger Britton; daughter, Karen Britton; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and Sam his cat.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday Dec 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Lakewood Baptist Church located at 2101 Mastin Lake Road Huntsville, AL 35810.
