Setsuko Yagi Crosswhite

Setsuko Yagi Crosswhite, 87, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away February 23, 2018. She was born on March 26, 1930, in Osaka, Japan. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, as well as one of the first war brides from the Korean and Vietnam Wars in Alabama.

 
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Raymond Lee Crosswhite.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Crosswhite (Susan); daughter, Margie Lydon (Geoff); grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Jennifer, and Sean; four great-grandchildren; brother Tadao Yagi; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. A funeral service will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Sunday, February 25, 2018, at 3:00 pm with Steve Andrews officiating. Interment to follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
