Vincent Laverne Chinberg, of Huntsville, AL went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, 20 May 2017 at the age of 88,  Vincent was born on a farm in New Gottland, Kansas on 27 June 1928. He was the second of five children. Vincent married Joyce Hocott on 24 Sept 1950 and enjoyed 67 wonderful years of marriage before he passed. He worked for Chrysler Corporation for 37 years and retired in 1999.

He is survived by his wife,Joyce, their 5 children and spouses, 21 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.

A visitation service to pay family members condolences will be at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Saturday, 27 May 2017 from 1:00-2:00. Immediately following will be a Celebration of Life service to reflect on Vincent Chinberg's life.

A huge part of who we are has left this world. Our family has been sculpted by his example and while his "Earthly" presence is gone, we know within each and every one of his family lives his presence eternally.

Although our human side will miss him and selfishly wanted him to remain with us we are comforted in knowing that he is in a better place and by God's grace passed peacefully.
