William A. (Bill) Berry, formerly of Columbus, Ohio ~ passed away surrounded by his loving family in Athens, Al. on Sunday September 25th, 2016.  He moved to Alabama from Columbus, Ohio to be near his children.  He is Survived by his Son William D. (Bill) Berry (Brenda), Jeffrey O. Berry and Daughter Lori A. Davis Brown (Oscar), ex-wife and lifelong friend Lorrain J. Berry. Also mourning his loss are Grandchildren Victoria O'Conner (Tom), Jason Kyle McDaniel (Miranda Long), Eric Davis, Jordyn Berry and Great Grandson Thomas James O'Conner II.  He is preceded in death by his parents William T. Berry and Betty L. Berry and sister Donna L. Corwin-Stevens.  He is survived by his brothers ~ Floyd Berry (Gladys) and Randy Berry (Antolina). Sisters~ Cheryl Rieser (Steve), Elaine Penna (Frank), and Jana Samlowski (Ralph).  Bill also leaves behind  a multitude of Nieces and Nephews mourning his loss.The Family will hold a Memorial Service on Saturday October 22nd at the Walden Clubhouse 208 Walden Glen Road Madison, AL. 35758 at 3:00pm with Pastor Rice officiating.  In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his memory to AlaCare Hospice 802 Shoney Drive, Suite D., Huntsville, AL  35801
