Maye Nell Evans, age 74, of Arab, died on Saturday May 9, 2015.
Mrs. Evans is preceded in death by her parents, T. J. and Velma Godwin; 1 brother; and 1 sister.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband William "Bill" Evans; her daughter, Anita Ferris and husband Mark; her grandson, Christopher Wheeler; and her brothers, Joe and Dan Godwin.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 2pm at Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends on that day from 11am until 1pm at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville.
