Charles Joseph Weaver was born September 23, 1960. He passed from this life on March 22, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Shirley Weaver and his sister Nancy Jean Yates.

He is survived by his mother Betty Jean Weaver and two children Kyle and Roxanne.

Joey enjoyed living in Gulf Shores Alabama, for the past 11 years. His passions were bike riding, beach going, listening to rock n roll music, and caring for his mother.
