Donna Lee (Steele) Scott

Donna Lee Scott (nee Steele) passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 62 in Gurley, AL. She was born on September 19, 1961, in Riverside, New Jersey. Donna was a loving wife to Steven Scott, a devoted mother to Christopher Scott and Colleen Rhodes, and a caring sister to Susan Steele King and Wayne Steele. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Elms. Donna enjoyed the outdoors, finding solace in hiking and fishing. Her love for nature was only surpassed by her dedication to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Donna's career was marked by her service as a custodian for the Madison County School System. She took pride in her work and made a lasting impact on those around her. A service to honor Donna's life will be held at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL, on Wednesday, March 27th, at 12:00pm. The funeral home is assisting the family with the arrangements during this difficult time.”
