Betty Faye (Hall) Molenda

Mrs. Betty Faye Molenda, age 81, of Madison, passed way on Monday, May 20, 2019. She was born January 14, 1938 to James and Lois Hall in Madison County, AL. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and was involved in many community charities with her late husband, such as Christmas charities and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved crafting and the Christmas holiday.

Mrs. Molenda is survived by her sons: Gregory Steele (Sherry Adcock) of Gurley, AL; Phillip Steele (Renee) of Madison, AL and Michael Molenda (Dana) of Alpharetta, GA; granddaughters: Amanda Steele, Amber Slaughter (Toyrie), Brittany Steele and Jessica Steele; great granddaughters Makayla Steele and Logan Steele; and sister Ozena Spencer of Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by her one true love, husband Robert Molenda; parents James and Lois Hall; and brother Columbus Hall.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Spry Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL.
