Carol T. Brigance

Carol T. Brigance passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018. She had a 32 year career with the U. S. Army and in her retirement years she spent time volunteering at various places. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Huntsville and for many years enjoyed singing in the choir.

Ms. Brigance had two daughters Leanne Brigance and Emily Black; four grandchildren: Leah Brigance, Isabelle Black, Olivia Black and Lotus Brooks; one sister Marian Drayton Talley and two nieces Nancy Talley and Linda Talley. She was preceded in death by her father Brantley Taylor and mother Helen Taylor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 30, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Huntsville at 12:00 pm with Dr. Travis Collins officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service at noon. Interment will be in Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens in Montgomery, AL on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Community Free Dental Clinic (2341 Whitesburg Drive Huntsville, AL 35801) in Carol's memory.
