Carolyn Grundy Obituary

Carolyn N. Grundy, 95, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 following a lengthy illness. She was born in Missouri and spent most of her life in Oklahoma City, OK until she moved to Huntsville AL in 2009.

She is survived by her sons, Dr. Walter Grundy (Huntsville, AL) and Dr. Michael J. Grundy (Atlanta, GA), daughter-in-laws Marilyn Grundy and Nancy Grundy and grandchildren Julie P. Butz (Durham, NC) and Taylor J. Grundy (Birmingham, AL).

A private memorial service will be held in the future where she will be buried with her late husband in Oklahoma. We especially wish to thank the staff of HarborChase Memory Care for the wonderful care they provided. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Talking Books, c/o Madison County Public Library.
