Charles William Payne, Sr. age 80 of Harvest, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018. He was born October 10, 1937 in Carter County, TN to Anderson William and Pearl T. Brumit Payne.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janice Payne; son, Charles (Carol) Payne, Jr. of Madison and grandson, Anderson Payne of Madison.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Patton-Simmons Cemetery in Carter County, TN at 11:00 AM EST, 10:00 AM CST.
