Charles Larry Rice, 68, of Hazel Green, AL, died Monday, January 29, 2018. He was born in Summerville, GA, to Joseph and Mary Lou Rice. He is survived by his beloved wife Ann Rice of Hazel Green, AL, his only child Samantha Rice Kelly of Dahlonega, GA, his sister and brother-in-law Patsy and Paul Morin of Madison, AL.
Charlie was a devoted Christian, husband, and father. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, served 2 tours in Vietnam and went on to serve a full career with the Army. Charlie also worked with the Huntsville Police Department until retiring to Hazel Green, AL with his wife and their fur babies they love so much.

At the request of Mr. Rice, no services will be held.
