Charles Thomas Obituary

Charles E. Thomas, age 78, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018. He was born January 14, 1940 to Ira Martin and Bertha Beavers Thomas in Stevenson, AL. Mr. Thomas was an avid fisherman, an Alabama fan, loved to ride his trike and was a devout christian.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife Betty Drake Thomas; children: Michael Thomas (Michelle), Donna Izell (Robert), Jeff Thomas (Terrie), Chuck Thomas (Jeanette), Selena Murph (Burke), ChanseThomas, Laurie Gibson (Rick) and Betsy Bowman; fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October16, 2018 at Little Mountain Marina Church in Langston, AL at 3:00 pm. The family will also have a Celebration of life in upstate New York at a later time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Huntsville Hospice or to Little Mountain Marina Church.
