Christine Bell, 88, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away December 4, 2017. She was born on December 27, 1928 in Nashville, Tennessee to Sam and Teresa (Anderson) Claybourne.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Meridianville, living everyday for the Lord.  Her next love was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Christine loved to work in her beautiful yard.

Christine was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Bell; and her daughter, Linda Sharon Mathis.

Survivors include her daughter, Melody Milam; her sons, Phillip Wayne Bell (Jane), Thomas Jeffry Bell (Laynette); her grandchildren, Erin Bell Price, Samantha Bell; Payton Bell; Darrell Bell; Cera Todd; Rodney Boone, Shauna Leigh Boone; Tony Moon; Terry Moon; her great-grandchildren, Reagan and Reed Price, Connor Boone, Brennan Bell, Tanner Bell, Britt and Levi and Carson Moon; Chase and Mattison Moon; and several great great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.  A visitation with the family and friends celebrating the life of Christine will be held Thursday from 6 to 7:30pm at First Baptist Church of Meridianville with Bro. Tommy Bolan present with the family.
