David James Percival

Mr. David James Percival, 71, of Madison, AL passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018.  Mr. Percival was retired from the US NAVY after 24 years of service.  He also retired from NASA after 21 years. 

He is survived by his wife Debbie Percival, brother Tom Percival (Sim), step-daughters Melissa Davis (Terry), Beth Denyer, step-sons Robert and Bradley Gonzalez, granddaughters Alexus, Haley, Reagan, Kayla, Aubrey, Natalee, Skylar and grandsons Jonny, Zach, Ben, Jessie, John, Blake and Kaiden and 1 great-grandchild Laurel Elizabeth.  He was preceded in death by his parents David Earl Percival and Elizabeth Josephine Davis and his son Damon John Percival.

Visitation will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Madison, AL (1297 Slaughter Road) on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 9:45 am until 10:20 am.  Services will follow at 10:30 am.
