He leaves a legacy to those of us who knew him in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers training world as an inspiration to work with and for. I was blessed to be "part of the team" on the North Parkway with Mr. Creekmore as our leader. He was and remains a model to follow for those left behind. Missed yet not forgotten.

To the Creekmore family, I send my deepest condolences at the passing of Emmett Creekmore. Mr. Creekmore was a wonderful human being and a strong and wise leader. I am very proud to have served under him in the Army Corps of Engineers' Directorate of Training Management. May you all be comforted by loving memories of Mr. Creekmore and may he rest in eternal peace.
