Floyd Clayton Baker

Floyd Clayton Baker, 83, of Decatur, Alabama passed away May 11, 2019. He was born on January 1, 1936 in Alabama to John and Purny (Smith) Baker. He lived in Huntsville about 75 years and Madison for 5 years.

He is survived by his wife Shirley (Bolan) Baker; daughters Julie Melton (Charles), Kathy Allen, Karen Lynn Price (Doyle), and Tena Campbell; son Lester Baker; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Ocie Baker, brother Clayton Baker, father John Baker, and mother Purny Baker.

Arrangements have bee entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. The family will receive friends Monday, May 13, 2019 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 3:00 pm with interment to follow and Valhalla Cemetery.
