Frances Jean (Vasser) Barkley

Frances Jean Vasser Barkley, age 81, went home to be with her Savior on Sunday, November 10, 2019.  Mrs. Barkley was a native of Capshaw but has lived in Huntsville where her and her husband owned/operated Barkley Office Supply and Printing for many years. She is proceeded in death by her husband Hugh Barkley, parents Clifford and Ozell Vasser, brothers Jerry Vasser and James Vasser and sister Carolyn Vasser Miller. She was a beloved wife, Mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her son Tim Barkley, grandchildren, Tracey, Tyler, and Cole, son Mark (Merita) Barkley, grandchildren, Tammy and Ashley (Jerad) Guthrie and son Scott (Melanie) grandchildren, Dalton and Bryant.  Sisters June Sanderson, Patricia Baugher Baker and brother Donald Vasser.  She also had 6 great-grandchildren that she adored.  

Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Thursday, November, 14, 2019 from 10:00am-12:00pm with her celebration of life following at 12pm in Spry Chapel.  Burial will take place following the service at Maple Hill Cemetery.
