Harland Wayne "Ooggie" Neal, age 70 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away March 7, 2019. He was born on August 20, 1948 in Alabama to Fie and Gracie (Schrimscher) Neal.
He is survived by his ex-wife Joyce Moncier, step-daughter Dana Arnold, step-grandson Seth Smith, sisters Rena Nayman and Janice Rogers.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. Visitation will be Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Valhalla Cemetery.
