Jonathan Michael Hovis, 36, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away Friday July 28, 2017. He was born on March 17, 1981 in Huntsville, Alabama to Dannie and Deborah (Deaton) Hovis .

He is survived by his parents Deborah J. and Dannie J. Hovis; sister Dianna M. Singletary, and husband, Marcus; nephew Carter Stolz, grandparents, James and Reba Deaton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home ofHuntsville, Alabama, where the family will receive friends Tuesday, August 1, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A memorial service will be held in Spry Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday August 2, 2017 at 1:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
