Mary Helen Hewett, 93 of Huntsville, AL, formerly of Quincy, FL died Friday, August 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Joe Hewett, her parents Britt L. Adkison of Panama City, FL and Margaret (Maggie) Adkison of Quincy, FL, three sisters, Mildred Wiggins, Quincy, FL, Marshlea Rudd, Roxbury, NY, Britt (Loraine) Adkison, Loganville, GA and an infant brother, Quincy, FL., and numerous nieces and nephews.
The service will be Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., Jackson Way Baptist Church, Huntsville, AL, John S. Williams officiating. Burial will be at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Meridianville, AL.
She lived in Quincy, FL most of her life and graduated from Quincy High School, 1943. She worked for Gregory & Towles Attorneys, Quincy, FL, from 1959-1963, she worked for Cantrell, Douglas, Thompson & Wilson law firm, Okla. City, OK, she moved to Huntsville in 1963 and retired as a Legal secretary, Cloud & Cloud Attorneys.
She loved family, music, traveling and enjoyed fishing. Her grandchildren, great grandchildren were her life! She loved baking and cooking during the Holidays when all the family got together. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones!
She is survived by a daughter, Terah Jean (Jimmy) Webster, Huntsville, AL, three grandsons, Terry (Tammy) Webster, Fultondale, AL, Tim (Lori) Webster, Gurley, AL, Tony Webster, Chelsea, AL, ten great-grandchildren, Brett (Conner) Webster, Mickey, Cody, Madison Webster, Jake, Jessica, Jared Webster, Jackson and Isabella Webster.
