Masinah Frances Raybon Trimuel Obituary

Masinah Frances Raybon Trimuel began her journey of life on January 15, 1958. She was the fifth child of six children born to Willie (Jake) Raybon and Ethel Mae Swoopes Raybon in Decatur, Alabama. On Sunday evening. ,August 12, 2018, our Lord and Savior opened His arms to welcome His child, Masinah Frances, to eternal rest.

Frances loved the Lord, her grandmother instilled in her that she would always need the Lord on her side. She accepted Christ and was baptized at 8 years old, and served under the leadership of Elder W. H. Mastin. In later years she united with the Greater Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Elder Dr. Curtis Jordan, I.

Frances was always a joyful person to be around, she loved singing, writing poems and making people laugh. Her favorite phrase and inspiring words were, "But God, and it will be alright." She always remembered to call family and friends for birthday wishes. Her favorite songs were God's Amazing Grace and Hiding Behind the Cross.

Frances was educated in the Decatur City Schools System and attended Albright College. She was employed by Bio-Imaging, Gleneagles Family Medicine, Spine and Neuro, until her health compelled her to retire.

Frances was united in Holy matrimony to Tyrone Trimuel in Decatur, Alabama, and to this marriage, she was blessed to have one son.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandmother Ollie D. Wiggins and three sisters: Joyce Cowley, Janette Mitchell and Ruth Ann Burt.

She is survived by one son, Johnathan Trimuel of Huntsville, AL; three caring sisters: Deorah (Pastor James) Robinson of Madison, AL, Myra (Harry) Malone of Decatur, AL and Ollie Richardson of Tuscumbia, AL; one brother, Willie Reese (Lee) Raybon of Decatur, AL; a niece, Shannon Williams, who was reared as a sister; two aunts, Annie Garner of Decatur, AL and Barbara Raybon of Athens, AL; one uncle, Rufus (Sarah) Raybon of Athens, AL; special friends: Mary Fletcher, Doris Baker, Jo Ann Thompson and Kathryn Flethcer, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service was held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Association Tabernacle at 12:00 noon. The family received friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm before the service.
