Mirta Soto

Mirta Soto, 60, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away February 22, 2019. She was born on April 22, 1958 in Lares to Julio and Angelica (Perez) Gonzalez.

Mirta Soto is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her dedication to her family and friends was only surpassed by her quiet steadfast faith in the lord. As a military spouse her life was dedicated to the upbringing of her two children and in support of her late husband. Always volunteering to serve at functions for schools and in the military, her affection and devotion towards others was felt in the broader community. Throughout life her love and compassion towards others never wavered. She will be sorely missed and never forgotten. She is survived by two immensely blessed and grateful sons, a daughter in law for which she had a very special place in her heart for, four beautiful grandchildren, three adoring brothers, and her devoted father. All glory be with the Lord and may she rest in peace.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 7:00 pm.
