Sarah Matilda Irwin, 92, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away September 20th, 2017 at home in Huntsville, Alabama. She was born on March 16th, 1925 in Ranburne, Alabama  to Leo R. and Mattie J. Jones.

Sarah  is survived by her sons, Thomas Irwin (Robin), Philip Irwin (Deena), and Charles Irwin; daughters Rebecca Tucker, Camilla Schultz, and Susan Mastroianni (Richard) and by 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas L. Irwin and her daughter Patricia Ann Irwin.

The family will receive friends from 10:00AM - 11:00AM on Saturday, September 23rd at Chase Park Church of Christ, 1640 Winchester Road, Huntsville. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM at the Church with John Denney officiating. Entombment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Road, Huntsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chase Park Church of Christ, Peru Mission Fund.
