Andrew Thomas Buchanan

Andrew Thomas Buchanan, 76, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024. He was born on August 3, 1947, to Wilson and Cindy Buchanan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Cindy Buchanan; and siblings, Mac Buchanan, Janice Damron, Marie Weaver, Ruby Fanning, Carl Buchanan, Winnie Clark, and Lisa Nicholas.

He is survived by three sons, Eddie Thomas Buchanan, Johnny Wayne Buchanan, and Adam Joe Buchanan; eleven grandchildren, Destiny, Brandon, Josh, Lindsey, Adam Jr., Amber, Joe, John, Brayden, Isabella, and Annzleigh; seventeen great-grandchildren, Logan, Hayden, Landon, Levi, Layton, Lily, Dylan, Kaylin, Everley, Chloe, Lil Adam, Lola, Nathan, Kynleigh, Emma, Kamron, and Bayleigh; and five siblings, Benny Buchanan, Penny Gates, Catherine Tipton, Valmer Prince, and James Buchanan. He is also survived by a special someone, Jessie Carnes.

Services will be held at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 26, from 5:00pm-7:00pm. The funeral service will be Thursday, June 27, at 11:00am will interment following proceeding services at Pleas Mount Cemetery in Gurley, Alabama.
