On Monday August 5, 2024, Anita “Diane” Hill, age 77, moved to her Heavenly home. Diane was a woman who loved the Lord and her family and set an example for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Diane is preceded in death by parents, Emmett Clyde Powers and Nevelyn Buford Powers; her husband of 58 years, Lonnie Jerrel Hill; and son Jason Scott Hill.
Survivors include sister, Gail (Wade) Franks; son, Brian (Holly) Hill; daughter, Farrah (Steve) Riccio; granddaughters, Lauren (James) Harless, Hannah Hill, and Alison Jamison; grandsons, Ethan Hill, Joshua Jamison, Grayson Hill, and Hayden Hill; great-grandchildren, Miles Harless and Lilah Harless; and several nieces and nephews.
Diane loved her Savior, the Lord Jesus, with all her heart, and she loved God’s Word. Though she was a humble and gentle woman, Diane was nonetheless a powerful prayer warrior, and only heaven knows what a wonderful and eternal impact all her many years of faithful praying had on her family, her friends, and the world at large.
