Bonnie (Skirvin) Yeazitzis

Bonnie Lee Yeazitzis, 65, of Gurley, Alabama, passed away on March 30th, 2022 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Bonnie was born in Westerly, Rhode Island to Owen and Ruth Skirvin on January 28th, 1957. She went to high school at Chariho High School in Rhode Island and graduated in 1975.

She worked many jobs in her life but if you asked her, her most important job was being a mother to her children, and wife to her husband. She enjoyed sewing, dancing, cooking, and time on the lake with her family.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of 35 years, Joe Yeazitzis and her two children, Dylan Yeazitzis, 31 and Taylor Yeazitzis, 28 as well as her grandson Elijah Kai, 9. Bonnie always considered Rhode Island home, and is survived by many loving family members in the New England area.

Visitation and funeral service will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Greg Aldridge joined by Chaplin Laura Lemley officiating.

Bonnie’s loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
