Carolyn Brewer Obituary

Carolyn Brewer, 70 of New Market, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021. She was born June 21, 1951 in Huntsville, AL. She enjoyed going to yard sales and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was known for her kindness and would give you the shirt off her back.

Mrs. Brewer is survived by her husband of 49 years Rufus Brewer; daughter Dana Brewer; son Keith Ricketts; grandchildren Brent Brewer and Gage Ricketts; great grandchildren Aubrey Brewer, Madison Brewer and Anna Lee Ricketts; brothers Johnny Ricketts and Ronnie Ricketts; sister Linda Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Edna Ricketts and brother Bruce Ricketts.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 17, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home.
