Carrie Mozelle Thomas

Carrie Mozelle Thomas passed on March 13, 2025, at home with family. Mozelle was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Thomas, parents Frank and Mable Shelton and 6 brothers and sisters Joe Locke, Howard Shelton, Dewey Shelton, Jimmy Shelton, Ronnie Shelton and Monnie Mathis.

Mozelle always enjoyed playing cards, gardening and cooking for her family.

Mozelle was known as Mama by her 3 children, Patsy Salva, Allen Thomas and Keith Thomas. She was known as Mamaw by her Daughter-in-laws Jeannie (wife to Allen) and Kim (wife to Keith; 7 Grandchildren and their Spouses Rachel (Hun), Josh, Blake (Tara), Taylor, Maggie (Nate), Joseph and Bobby; 8 Great Grandchildren Salem, Sophie, Stella, Emma, Madison, Monroe, Cash, Carlie and 1 Great Great Grandchild Oliver.

A Graveside Service will be held at Fords Chapel Cemetery on Monday March 17th at 11:00 am.
