David Alan Beavers passed away on March 4, 2026. He was born on June 17, 1950, in De Soto, Illinois, to Paul and Cora Beavers.
David spent most of his life in Huntsville, Alabama, where he built a life centered on faith, family, and lasting relationships. In December 2025, he and his beloved wife, Cynthia Thompson Beavers, celebrated 55 years of marriage—a milestone that reflected their deep commitment to one another and the family they built together.
David had a close relationship with the Lord and centered his life on serving God. His faith guided the way he lived and the way he loved others. He was a longtime member of Endeavor Church, where he faithfully served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher, dedicating many years to encouraging and guiding others in their faith.
David was a proud father to four children, Stacey Beavers Wielfaert (Jared Wielfaert), Clint Beavers, Amy Beavers Harris, and Michael Beavers (Caroline Beavers). He was also a devoted grandfather to seven grandchildren, Hallie (23) and Sadie (19) Wielfaert; Chloe (22), Macie (21), and Landon (19) Beavers; and Noah (18) and Connor (8) Harris.
He is also survived by his older brother, Jerry Beavers (Barbara Beavers).
David’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family and watching his children and grandchildren grow. He will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his devotion to his family, and the kindness and wisdom he shared with those around him.
