David Mitchell Rowland

David Mitchell Rowland, 87, of Brownsboro, Alabama passed away on 09/16/2021 at his home with loved one's by his side. David Rowland was born in Springboro, Ohio to Louis and Johnnie Rowland on 11/04/1933.

 He enjoyed many joyous years with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He enjoyed working with his hands, raising cattle, sheep, horses, spending time with his family, sharing stories and jokes (HUGE JOKESTER), putting a smile on everyone's face.

Fun Fact about David Rowland in his younger years he was a member (singer) of a band name The Rock'n Rowland's!

David Rowland is survived by his wife Doris Rowland of Brownsboro. Children Katrina Rowland and Son in law Garry Thomas, Tracie Banderob and  Son in law Ben Banderob and Step son Tony lee, Deborah Brubaker and Son in law  Jon Brubaker, Gary Rowland, Timothy Rowland and Daughter in law Gail ..Grandchildren Breeanna Rowland, Abbie Banderob, Rebecca Thomas, Chloe Banderob, Arien Rowland, Alea Rowland, Cassis Rowland, Ian Brubaker, Amanda Brubaker, Travis Brubaker.And 10 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Johnnie Rowland, Step Mother Anna Rowland, Sisters Barbra and Virginia, Son Douglas Scott Rowland, Daughter Kimberly Jo Rowland, Grandson Peyton Banderob.
 

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with interment to follow in Flanagan Cemetery in Paint Rock Valley.
