Deborah "Debbie" Russell Bowden

Deborah "Debbie" Russell Bowden, 65, of Huntsville, AL passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born in France on July 12, 1957. Debbie was a homemaker and former Information Technology contractor. Debbie loved bringing joy to all that knew her. Debbie had a loving heart and always loved helping others. She was a Christian and was an active member of her church, Journey Church of the Nazarene. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Bowden.

Debbie is survived by her son, James Russell of Athens, AL, daughters Suzan (Terry) Pulliam of Toney, AL and Crystal Russell of Ardmore, AL, 4 grandchildren, Brian (DeDe) Lightsey, Candace Lightsey, Amber (Mikel) Phebus and Lane Bledsoe, 5 Great Grandchildren, Alexzandria (Lexie) Phebus, Ryan Phebus, Logan (Loki) Phebus, Maygen Letson amd Jaycob Letson, brother and sister in law, Dean Bowden and Dr. Lori Kaufman, sisters, Brenda Elliot and Brenda Bronstrop and long time special friends Lynda Hoagland, Sherrie Watson and James Russell.

Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL. on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 1 pm with the funeral service following at 2 pm. Burial will be at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville, AL.
