Debra Anne (Fazio) Hughes

Debra Anne Hughes, of Huntsville, passed away May 28th. She is survived by husband Joel Hughes, son Sam Hughes and daughter Laura Hughes, sister Ruth Johnson and brother Mike Fazio, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Deb had an interesting life, having lived in Japan growing up, being a flight attendant when she met Joel, working at a Montessori preschool and recently working at Brookdale Retirement home. She loved the beach and always wanted to surf. She was a loving wife and mother. Her encouraging spirit will be missed.

Visitation will be held 10-11 am Sat June 1st. A Celebration of Life gathering will follow at 11 am.

Formal attire is not expected. Please don’t wear black.
