Dephra Cleo ( D.C.) Isbell, 95, of Huntsville, AL, passed on from this life on December 25th, 2021.
Mr. Isbell is preceded in death by his mother and father, Effie and Alvin Isbell, loving wife of 65 years, Audrey Henry Isbell; son, Eddie Isbell, and great-grandson, Tony Tucker.
He owned A & C Termite and Pest Control. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and camping. He was a jack of all trades who could fix anything. D.C. was a jokester and prankster who enjoyed making his family laugh. He was a good husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
D. C. is survived by his son, Jerry (Margaret) Isbell of Brownsboro, AL; daughter, Theresa Isbell Tucker of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Angel (Jamey) Peck, Anthony (Selena) Tucker, Tracy (Jeremy) Williams, Andrew Isbell, Matt (Heather) Isbell; great-grandchildren, Brittney (Garett) Dessinger, Luna Parker, Logan Parker, Alyssa Tucker, Addyson Williams, Kensley Williams; great-great- granddaughter; Ellianna Kay Dessinger; and his loving canine companion, Spot.
Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home on December 30th at 9:30 am with funeral to follow at 10:00 am with Cary Waddell of West Huntsville Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens. Spry Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
