Elon Pricilla (Medlin-Davis) Jones

Elon was born on July 22 to the late James and Lossie Medlin.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert L. “Buddy” Davis; her second husband, Jim Jones; one son, Jimmy (Denise) Davis; two brothers, Donald and Eugene Medlin; a special brother-in-law, John Bailey; two nephews, Charles and Mike Medlin; and two nieces, Beth Medlin and Teresa Browning.

She is survived by her two sons, Tim (Marjie) Davis and Danny Ray Davis. She also leaves behind a cherished legacy through her many grandchildren: Cody Davis, Robbie (Katy) Davis, Spencer Davis, Amber Davis-Barnett, and Lisa Davis. Her joy continued through her great- grandchildren: Cole Davis, Gabriel Davis, Harley Davis, and Leslie Davis. Elon is also survived by her sister, Glenda Bailey; two brothers, James “Bryant” Medlin and Jennings “JB” Medlin; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Elon had a deep love for animals and found great comfort in their companionship. Her dogs, especially Abigail, and her beloved cats were truly part of her family and brought her constant joy, comfort, and unconditional love.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Spry Funeral Home, Huntsville, Alabama, followed by a service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Rev. Terrell Boyd. Interment will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Davis, Cody Davis, Danny Davis, and Cody Williams.
