Frances Virginia (Nix) Thompson

Frances Virginia Thompson, 93 of Laceys Spring, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021. She was born October 22, 1927 to Walter and Zeria Nix in Clanton, AL. She was a greats mom, grandmom and loved all family and everyone she met. She was the matriarch of her family. She was full of life and loved to dance.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her daughter Doris Rocha; grandchildren Steve McBride, Charleen Buchanan, Michael Kilpatrick, Mandy Benton, Tasha West and Jeremy Thompson; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Bartee Cemetery in Laceys Spring.
