Gary Wayne Langford

Gary Wayne Langford, 68, of Gurley, Alabama, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025. Gary was born September 13, 1957, to Roy Lester Langford and Bessie Bee Toney Langford.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his father and five siblings, Carolyn (Johnny) Sims, Roy Lynn Langford, Darryl Langford, Keith Langford, and Angie (Jim) Stalons as well as many other family members that loved him.

Gary retired from the City of Huntsville in 2011. After his retirement, he enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors admiring the many deer that passed through his property atop Keel Mountain.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 22, 2025 from 11:00am to 12:30pm with the funeral service immediately following. Gary will be laid to rest at Rice Cemetery proceeding services.
