Obituary
Georgia Elise Mills Snow passed away peacefully June 4, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital. She grew up in the Mountain Brook area of Birmingham where she met and married Ronald Snow, the love of her life, 53 years ago. She was known affectionately as “Bitsy” by her friends and family. Bitsy was an avid needle worker and created hundreds of beautiful pieces of needlework and quilts. Combined, she worked at The Algerian Eye and Patches and Stitches for over 50 years, expertly helping people choose “the right stuff” for their stitching and quilting projects. In addition to her husband, she is survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10:30am in Maple Hill cemetery.
