Jerry Glenn Lang

Jerry Glenn Lang “AKA” (Bird) of Huntsville, Alabama, was born on April 25, 1953, and passed away on July 29, 2025, at the age of 72 years old. Jerry was born in Huntsville, Alabama, to his parents Eva Jean and Russell Lang.

Jerry loved the sport of football and was a huge fan of his favorite team Alabama (Roll Tide) always supporting them with great enthusiasm. He also enjoyed bike riding enjoying the scenery and nature as he was cycling for recreation, exercise and the love he had for the sport. Jerry loved soft rock music also.

Jerry is survived by his sister, Patsy Ruth White (Johnny); daughter, Tammy Calloway; grandson, Brandon Hastings; granddaughter, Savanna Muiehead; four great-grandchildren and also several nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother and father along with two brothers Jimmy Lang and James Bryant.

Jerry was loved by many and will be missed greatly.
